Kōkua Kalihi Valley Comprehensive Family Services (KKV) has served the community of Kalihi Valley for over 45 years. It's program, the Kalihi Valley Instructional Bike Exchange (KVIBE), creates a space for youth to engage positively with caring mentors, build lifelong friendships, and enact leadership skills around issues of social justice.
